Lifetime Warranty

We take immense pride in offering a lifetime warranty on all authentic Notorious Knives products. Our warranty is designed to provide peace of mind to our customers. This warranty is transferable with verification and proof of original purchase.

 

We like to think that we have notoriously amazing knives, but sometimes defects in manufacturing happen. Notorious Knives’ lifetime warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects as determined at Notorious Knives’ sole discretion. 

 

Should your knife require warranty service, such as clip replacement, internal parts replacement, scales (handle) or blade replacement, or repair, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact form.

 

Blade and scales (handle) replacements are not covered under the warranty, except in instances of manufacturing defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Notorious Knives will replace your blade, scales, or any other Notorious Knives part. Please note that any physical damage to the knife from use is not covered under the warranty.

 

We understand the importance of keeping your Notorious Knives knife in optimal condition, and we are committed to assisting you with any necessary parts.

 

At Notorious Knives, we strive to provide exceptional support and service throughout the lifetime of owning your knife. Our warranty and parts services are designed to meet your needs and maintain the performance of your Notorious Knives knife.

 

Please note that Notorious Knives does not sharpen or repair knives not manufactured by Notorious Knives.

Knives sold as “blems” or “blemished” are excluded from this warranty.

By purchasing from Notorious Knives, you agree to the terms and conditions of this warranty policy, which may be amended by Notorious Knives at any time without notice.

 

Returns

 

We provide full refunds of the purchase of any Notorious Knives products within 30 days from date of purchase, provided that they are returned undamaged, unused, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return on any product that shows any wear at all.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
